Since Friction Zone trainings are designed to help you handle your bike with confidence and control, the trainings are conducted on your own bike. This will allow you to learn it's limitations and capabilities.

I've already been through the MFS or Harley Riding Academy courses, how will this training help me?

Absolutely this will help you- we are an advanced training that teaches police type riding skills. Our classes are the next level of training that will improve your riding ability, riding confidence, and may save your life!

I've been riding for years, will I learn anything in this course?

Accepted Answer

100%. I have personally investigated traffic collisions involving experienced riders. Often these riders have been riding for years but lack proper counter steering, head and eye placement, collision avoidance skills, and threshold braking abilities. All of these traits are necessary to get home to your loved ones safely. These skills have saved me numerous times.

Do people drop their bikes?

Accepted Answer

The only way to guarantee that your bike never goes down, is to never ride it or take it out of the garage. We make every effort to help you perform these trainings with as little risk as possible to your bike. Our trainings start out slow and wide. We gradually close the distance as your skills sharpen. We do provide you with the opportunity to remove your saddlebags if equipped. We also allow you to wrap your engine guards and crash bars with thick hose or other durable materials. We do not anticipate any damage to you or your motorcycle.
